I just wanted to give you some feedback on the steady rest you sent to us a few weeks ago. We borrowed one from our neighbor Novatek while we waited for ours to get here. They liked that one, except it was too big. Now that they have the RIP-103 they love it. It works very well for everything we’ve thrown at it. I wanted to thank you again for rushing the order through for us. In the future, I hope to be able to plan ahead and give you a normal order.
